Wilderness Survival Madagascar 2025

Dates: May 26 – June 01

Purpose: To “prepare a people to stand in the great day of the Lord”¹ by teaching, practical training, preaching and providing literature.

Synopsis:

The end is at hand. (1 Peter 4:7; Revelation 1:3). Jesus said that the state of things during the times of Noah will be the state of things during the times near His second coming (Matthew 24:37; Luke 17:26). When referring to these times, He emphasized the sin of the world. However, is there a connection, also, to His people during the last days? Just as Noah was prepared for the flood, we believe God’s people will be prepared for the end of the world (both spiritually and physically).

In the time of Noah, there was a prophecy that there would be a worldwide flood coming to destroy all life on earth. In preparation for that crisis, Noah was instructed to build an ark of gopher wood to ensure the physical safety of his family, the safety of a portion of the animals and the safety any human beings who believed Noah’s preaching and prophesying (2 Peter 2:5). As a token of their belief, all could have entered the ark as an act of obedience. (See Genesis 6:12-22; Hebrews 11:7; 1 Peter 3:20; )

The Bible, itself, says that God does not change (Malachi 3:6) and that history will repeat itself (Ecclesiastes 1:9). Thus, we believe God has given His people details about the events leading up to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and how to prepare for the crises ahead of us. We believe God’s end-time Christians will understand the prophesies concerning the end, just as Noah did, and will prepare for the events leading up to it, both, physically and spiritually.

With that being said, we have invited Pastor Robert Hines of Hephzibah Ministries to come to Madagascar to educate, inspire and inculcate in the minds of God’s people with God’s peculiar instructions for today. These instructions are simple and Biblical:

• Return to God’s original plan for our lifestyle
• Prepare for the crises ahead of us with that lifestyle
• Instruct others about the coming crises and soon coming of Jesus

This is our first area that is designed for events revolving around food and fellowship. We call it a kitchen, but it’s not actually for cooking. We will try to have our cooking classes here, however.
